These terms apply to the Medical Terms iOS app. By using the app, you agree to use it only as an educational study and revision tool.
Educational use only
Medical Terms helps learners review terminology, roots, spelling variants, and study questions. It is not clinical guidance, medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, triage, prescribing support, or a substitute for qualified professional judgement.
Subscriptions and purchases
Paid access may include monthly, annual, lifetime, and certification pack purchases. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in Apple ID subscription settings. Prices and availability are shown in the App Store purchase sheet before confirmation.
Cancellations and refunds
Manage subscriptions through Apple. Refund requests are handled by Apple under App Store rules and policies.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the app, attempt to bypass purchase controls, reverse engineer protected services, or use the content as the sole basis for patient-care decisions.
Content accuracy
The app is designed to support study, but terminology and clinical usage can change. Verify clinical meaning against current NHS, RCN, NMC, university, employer, or placement materials before applying knowledge in care contexts.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the app changes. Continued use after updates means you accept the updated terms.
